SUBSTANCE: internal air conditioning unit includes the following: a housing having a suction hole made in an upper part and a discharge hole made in a lower side of the part of front surface; an air blower located behind in the flow direction of the above suction hole in the above housing; and a heat exchanger located behind in the flow direction from the above air blower and in front of the flow direction from the above discharge hole in the above housing; besides, the heat exchanger performs heat exchange between the air discharged from the above air blower and a cooling agent. The above heat exchanger includes a heat exchanger on the side of the front surface, which is located on the side of the front surface, and a heat exchanger on the side of the rear surface, which is located on the side of the rear surface, and a heat transfer surface of the above heat exchanger on the side of the front surface differs from the heat transfer surface of the above heat exchanger on the side of the rear surface; with that, the above air blower is located so that air volumes in compliance with the heat transfer surface of the above heat exchanger on the side of the front surface and the heat transfer surface of the above heat exchanger on the side of the rear surface are supplied to the above heat exchanger on the side of the front surface and the above heat exchanger on the side of the rear surface.
