SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. Feedback information for data transmission on multiple downlink carriers can be sent via at least one communication uplink resource, defined on the basis of at least one downlink resource used for the transmission of at least one downlink request for data transmission. Another aspect implicates that the feedback information for data transmission on multiple downlink carriers can be sent with decreased or with no orthogonal extension at all, in order to provide for more feedback information sending capabilities. Another aspect is that the feedback information for data transmission on multiple downlink carriers can be sent with the channel selection. UE can send one signal value in one resource in order to transfer acknowledgement data (ACK) for data transmission on multiple downlink carriers. The signal values and resources can be defined on the basis of ACK content.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of feedback data transmission.
