FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: method is implemented as per heat exchange amplification devices by means of structural changes, and namely use in a heat exchanger of a bank of sections, each of which is made in the form of a rectangular channel closed along the perimeter and hollow on the inner side, with rounded-off angles, and provision of middle sections with openings with connecting ribs made along their outline, except for the last sections adjacent to the rear section, as well as designing of a convective flue gas duct with inserts in the form of steel plates equipped in their turn with turbulisers. The bank of sections is installed on a weld base of an ash pit. The sections are connected to each other with cone-shaped sleeves. The front section forms the front wall of the boiler and is provided with three openings; a hot water supply tap to the heating system is located in the upper part of the front section. The rear section performs a function of the rear boiler wall and is provided in its upper part with a branch pipe of the flue gas duct, and its lower part is provided with a branch pipe for supply to the boiler of return water from the heating system.

EFFECT: improvement of boiler operating efficiency.
