FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: at operation of a gas turbine plant, cooling of compressed air in mixing chambers of a turbine compressor is performed by supply to the mixing chambers of an antifreeze non-freezing at subzero environmental temperatures in the form of drops with the size of 20-500 mcm and full removal of the antifreeze from the mixing chambers by means of separation vortex devices after non-evaporating heating of the antifreeze. Non-evaporation by contact drop cooling of compressed air is provided with a cooling agent flow rate, at which air moisture content at the mixing chamber inlet is almost equal to that at its outlet. Besides, isothermality of a combustion process is maintained within 1-10°C. The heated antifreeze removed from the mixing chambers is supplied for repeated circulation by having pre-cooled it with the ambient air in an independent heat exchange unit till the temperature is higher than the environmental temperature by 1-8°C.

EFFECT: invention allows improving efficiency of a gas turbine plant due to temperature decrease of isobaric cooling of compressed air in mixing chambers of a turbine compressor.
