SUBSTANCE: warning signal receiving unit includes a delay line and, connected in series, a threshold element, a time relay and a voice control unit, the output of which is connected to the control input of a radio station, the output of a microphone is connected through a first signal amplifier to signal inputs of the threshold element, the voce control unit and the delay line, the output of which is connected through a second signal amplifier to the signal input of the radio station, the power inputs of the threshold element, the time relay, the voice control unit and the delay line are connected to the output of a power supply unit; the notification unit includes a voltage converter and an optical indication unit connected in series. The input of the voltage converter is connected to the output of a power amplifier, and the output of the power supply unit is connected to the power input of the optical indication unit.
EFFECT: reduced acoustic noise in surrounding residential areas.
