SUBSTANCE: by turning a screening chamber by an angle which is proportional to a first difference signal, obtained by comparing a given level of the magnitude of the hypogeomagnetic field induction vector with a current value of the magnitude of the hypogeomagnetic field induction vector, measured inside the screening chamber, the current value of the magnitude of the hypogeomagnetic field induction vector is varied until a given level is established, after which the current value of the magnitude of the hypogeomagnetic field induction vector is maintained at the given level by turning the screening chamber by an angle which is proportional to a second difference signal, obtained by comparing the average value of the magnitude of the geomagnetic field induction vector at a given geographic point with the current value of the magnitude of the induction vector of an external magnetic field, measured outside the cylindrical screening chamber.
EFFECT: monitoring the effect of the Earth's magnetic field on an object, fluctuation of the magnetic field due to cosmic action, changes in the magnetic field within the camera when its position changes relative to the magnitude of the induction vector of an external magnetic field.
