The cone-shaped reflector contains substance particles on a radiation-transparent material at a distance from a radius of the spherical groove radius to a half-radius of the spherical groove.

EFFECT: device enables generating the broad-band electromagnetic emission, which has a complex structure that causes cancer cell breakage and capsulisation.
