FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to carrier opening part handle lock including encased tongue (1) for retaining of crimp (2) that turns about pin (3) and on which acts the element (4) or return to completely open position. Note here that said tongue (1) and said crimp (2) are configured so that crimp (2) pulls tongue lever arm (1B) to mid position of opening. In compliance with this invention, said return element (4) is composed of a resilient element. It comprises ledge (4A) configured to apply force thereto shifting relative to said tongue pin (3) so that said tongue (1) is displaced to completely open position. Note here that said mid opening position corresponds to transition via said ledge (4A) to the moment of turning of tongue (1) to completely open position.
