The device is made as flanged polyspast assembly with bearing through the hook of which flexible cable power connection (standard towing cable with hooked ends) goes which connection is fixed on tractor front axle, and through the flange of which flexible cable power connection (standard towing cable with hooked ends) goes which connection is linked with drawbar cross beam of tractor suspension and includes hydraulic cylinder of draw weight hydraulic multiplier and position regulator.
