SUBMERSIBLE MULTISTAGE PUMP FOR OIL PRODUCTION UNDER CONDITIONS COMPLICATED BY SALT DEPOSITS Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC F04D13/10 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: submersible pump contains stages with impellers and guide vanes in form of top and bottom disks with installed between them vanes, and is equipped with permanent ring magnet. The ring magnet is installed in the pocket made on the outside surface of the top disk of the guide vanes located in the lower stages of the pump. Number of stages with installed ring magnets is selected on condition of oil flowing for at least 100 s.

EFFECT: reduced probability of salt deposits on wall of the flowing channels, increased pump reliability due to increased efficiency of magnetic treatment.
