SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding apparatus and method of arc welding with consumable wires. This apparatus comprises first tubular current feeder (2) to direct first consumable electrode (4) to weld pool (6) and to feed welding current to first consumable electrode (4) and second tubular feeder (10) to direct second consumable electrode (12) to said weld pool (6) and to transmit welding current to second consumable electrode (12). One power supply (16) is connected to said first and second tubular current feeders (2, 10) to create equal voltage at said electrodes (4, 12).
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality.
