FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to screw compressors. Medium pressure two-stage air compressing device of screw type contains a first stage screw compressor (21), and a second stage screw compressor (22), that by means of the gas-liquid inlet tangential tube (61) is linked with gas-liquid separator (6). Middle part of the separator (6) is equipped with oil outlet pipe (63). Liquid oil from the pipe (63) passes through the liquid oil filter (64), and lubricating oil is re-injected to the lubricated parts of the compressor. At the other end of the pipe (63) a secondary separating device (9) is installed. The device (9) contains top and bottom separating cylinders (91) and (92). In top part the cylinder (91) has a secondary oil inlet (94) connected with pipe (63), and in bottom part a secondary oil outlet (98) is arranged, it is connected with the lubricated parts of the compressor. Between cylinders (91) and (92) an electrical ball valve (95) is installed. In bottom part of the cylinder (92) the secondary water drain solenoid valve (99) is installed.

EFFECT: invention effectively decreases humidity and admixtures level in the lubricating oil, thus ensuring stability of the output pressure, high operation efficiency, reliability and safety, low noise level and long service life.
