METHOD OF REINFORCEMENT OF WELL TROUBLESOME ZONE USING SHAPED SHUTTER Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC E21B29/10 

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises expansion of the well interval, run of the shaped shutter and equipment for well local reinforcement. For expansion the assembly is run to depth of the troublesome zone, is rotated, flushing water circulation is ensured, reamer rams are cut in rock without tool feed, shelf is made in the rock, axial load is ensured and the shelf interval is expanded, interval and diameter of the shelf are determined, the shutter length is determined. In the shelf interval the following are run: the shutter with speed 0.5 m/s max, equipment for well local reinforcement, containing easy drilled shoe, seating head with ball and roll expanders, shutter is levelled by pressure creation, axial load is ensured, pipes string is rotated with expanders. After each 5-7 turns rotation is stopped, initial axial load is restored, and rotation is continued with assembly with expanders release from the shutter until complete release, well is flushed, shutter is reamed. Upon the shoe achievement under mode of the cylindrical sections reaming the turnout is performed with shoe staying in the well, assembly is lifted, and diameter of the roll expander section is measured, assembly containing drillbit and pipes string is assembled, run is performed, and internal diameter of the shutter is wiper tripped until free passage, shoe is drilled.

EFFECT: increased reliability of troublesome zone isolation.
