FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultrasound hardware and can be used for processing of refractory, non-rusting alloys, fragile materials, say, ceramics, glass, etc. This device comprises the main oscillatory system. The latter comprises reflecting strap, main radiating strap, main concentrator and main piezo-elements arranged between said main reflecting and radiating straps. Besides, it includes, the extra oscillatory system arranged inside the main one and aligned therewith and including extra reflecting strap with extra concentrator and extra piezo-elements arranged between extra reflecting and radiating straps. Note here that said main concentrator is made integral with said main radiating strap. Note also that said extra concentrator is arranged ahead of said main concentrator and rigidly coupled therewith. Sizes of device elements are definitely dependent on the wavelength of oscillations of the main oscillatory system.
