FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: ceramic mixture includes, wt %: brick clay 79.0-83.5; white-burning clay 3.5-4.0; coal fines 1.0-3.0; zinc oxide 1.0-1.5; barite 3.0-3.5; quartz sand 7.0-10.0. Brick surfaces (stretcher and header) are melted off by low-temperature plasma until formation of glassy layer. The products are burnt at the temperature 960-1000°C.
EFFECT: increase of frost resistance of items made from ceramic mix.
