FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: in method of control of the aircraft landing path a preliminary measurement by means of onboard systems of visual orientation of coordinates of the aircraft (AC) is performed with reference to any visually identified and programmed navigation point (NP) around airfield which in view of known NP parameters is used for correction of AC location of, and during the landing by means of onboard systems of visual orientation AC coordinates are measured with reference to near end of the runway which in view of known parameters of near end of the runway are used for clarification of AC position with reference to the landing path.

EFFECT: improvement of safety of aircraft flight.
