FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: fuel/air mixture injection device contains elements aligned on the same axis (X'X): swirler containing at least one outside ring part, and one internal ring part, ensuring air suction, alignment guide and retaining ring. The mentioned ring parts contain alveolar channels opening to two coaxial Venturi tubes, internal and external, created by the internal axial walls. These ring parts are installed coaxially. The internal part is made self-aligning in the external part as result of the mechanical contact of their axial walls and their radial walls. The retaining ring, the external part and the internal part are connected with each other by welding in the same radial plane along the radial surfaces installed against each other. The retaining ring covers the alignment guide to hold it in the radial cradle.
EFFECT: invention reduces price of the injection device for the combustion chamber making it more stable in manufacturing and more reliable during use ensuring the specific one part insertion in the another part resulting in refusal of the welded joint use between the alveolate parts.
