SUBSTANCE: deformation of materials of a bead-forming zone is controlled in a radial direction between a conical plug and a metal insert prior to vulcanisation of the bead-forming zone of a flexible high-pressure hose and additionally after vulcanisation is finished; with that, a deformation value of materials of the bead-forming zone prior to vulcanisation is 8-20% of the material thickness above a bead ring in a turn-up zone, and an additional deformation value of materials of the bead-forming zone after vulcanisation is 2-10% of the material thickness above the bead-forming zone.

EFFECT: improving reliable attachment of fittings of flexible hoses and improving the tightness of the flexible high-pressure hoses.
