SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of agricultural machinery industry, in particular the tool for sowing. The tool comprises a coulter unit with a device for the application of clamping force to the disc coulter. The coulter unit comprises an auxiliary bracket with a disc coulter mounted on it, a parallelogram linkage mechanism. The parallelogram linkage mechanism connects the auxiliary bracket with a beam for hanging working bodies of the tool and has an upper link and a lower link, a rocking shaft. The rocking shaft is made with the ability of connection to the beam for hanging working bodies and has a lever. The clamping device is connected with one end to the rocking shaft lever, and a second end - with an auxiliary bracket. The actuator is made with the ability of rotation of the rocking shaft. The upper link of the parallelogram linkage mechanism is connected with one end with the ability of rotation with a bracket of the beam for hanging the working bodies, and with the second end it is connected with the ability of rotation with an auxiliary bracket. The lower link of the parallelogram linkage mechanism is connected with one end with the ability of rotation to the rocking shaft, and a second end it is connected with the ability of rotation to the auxiliary bracket.

EFFECT: constructive solution is aimed at ensuring of raising and lowering the units of disc coulters, as well as adjustment of the clamping force of the unit to the disc coulter.
