Abstract RU 2550122 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: direct-flow valve contains body made as disc and seat, in which the aligned through bores are made, and shutoff elements installed in body holes and made together with it. The body is made out of the elastic heat-resisting material and is equipped with the metal framework. The through holes are made rectangular and are arranged as parallel rows with area reduced in direction from the centre. Each shutoff element is made as flat cantilever plate normally closing its seat hole.

EFFECT: invention significantly increases throughput bore of the valve, improves tightness and simplifies its manufacturing.
