FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of gas turbine operation includes compression of work fluid using the compressor, overheating of the compressed work fluid by its supply to at least one combustion chamber, further expansion of the overheated work fluid in at least one expansion turbine ensuring energy production. Then compressed work fluid is supplied from the compressor to the first cavity for cooling of the expansion turbine from the first bleeding of the compressed work fluid, supply of the compressed work fluid from the compressor to the second cavity to cool the expansion turbine from the second bleeding of the compressed work fluid, at that this second cavity is located upstream the specified first cavity. The second bleeding of the compressed work fluid is made downstream the first bleeding. During operation under partial load mode to maintain temperature of the first cavity in the permitted range considering materials resistance the running connection of the first and second bleedings, and selective supply of part of compressed work fluid of the second bleeding to the first bleeding are performed.
EFFECT: invention is aimed on improvement the cooling efficiency.
