SUBSTANCE: result is achieved by the more complex organisation of internal memory, namely, by its division into three independent units, use of an arithmetic-logical device in the proposed invention to perform arithmetic operations over parameters of operators, optimisation of links between different units for the more rational displacement of parameters, expansion of a system of commands.
EFFECT: provision of an autonomous arbitrary access to memory without the use of additional resources.
