FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is used to remove heavy hydrocarbon (C5-C15) condensate and impurities from fuel gas with extraction of light fractions (C1-C4) for utilisation in cogeneration plants. Device includes receiving gas line 1, input pipeline 2, cooling chamber 3, mixer 4, separator 5, condensate accumulator 6, vortex tube 7 and gas discharge line 8. Receiving gas line 1 is connected by input pipeline 2 running through cooling chamber 3 is connected to the first input 9 of mixer 4. Second input 10 of mixer 4 is connected to gas output 11 of separator 5, condensate output 12 of which is connected to condensate accumulator 6. Mixer 4 output is connected to input 13 of vortex tube 7, hot flow output 14 of which is connected to separator 5 input. Cold flow output 15 of vortex tube 7 is connected to gas discharge line 8 via control valve 16 and to input 18 of cooling chamber 3 via control valve 17, with output 19 of the cooling chamber 3 connected to gas discharge line 8.
EFFECT: increased degree of condensate-forming fractions from gas.
