FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engine building, namely to aircraft turbo-jet engines. A test TJE made as two-stroke and two-shaft is subject to adjustment. At the adjustment stage, the test TJE is subject to testing as per a multi-cycle programme. When performing the test steps, alteration of the modes, which exceed as to duration the programmed flight time, is performed. Typical flight cycles are shaped, on the basis of which there determined as per the programme is damageability of the most loaded parts. The required number of loading cycles during the test is determined based on the above. Full scope of tests is formed, including quick change of cycles in a full register from quick achievement of either maximum or full forced mode till complete stop of the engine, and then, representative cycle of continuous operation with repeated alternation of modes in the whole working spectrum with a different range of variation in modes, which exceeds flight time at least by 5-6 times. Quick selection of maximum or forced power mode in some part of the test cycle is performed at the rate of acceleration and discharge.
EFFECT: improvement of reliability of test results at an adjustment stage of test TJE and enlargement of representativeness of evaluation of service life and reliability of operation of a turbo-jet engine in a wide range of regional and seasonal conditions of further flight operation of engines.
