FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the sphere of electrical engineering and intended for usage as a protection circuit responding to current difference for protection of electric lines, machines, devices and may be used to ensure electric safety of marine and ship-based electric systems. Technical result lies in the fact that the claimed device expands the range of hardware used in electric engineering to solve the assigned engineering task. The device comprises three identical groups of conductor coils for feeding and outgoing lines according to the number of phases in three-phase electric system. Its feature in technical level is performance of toroids shaped as a hollow tube. In each group of coils a part of the common coils wire is placed inside the respective toroid along the coil axial line; it repeats circular shape of toroid. At that the beginning of coils wire placed inside toroid and repeating its circular shape is connected to the end of the last sectional winding, and the end of coils wire at its output from toroid is connected to the second terminal of the coil of differentiating inductive current converter.
EFFECT: design of the device allows diminishing twice length of coils wire used for manufacture of sectional winding, thus leading to improvement of geometric, constructive and engineering features and weight and dimensions of the device; it makes manufacturing cheaper and easier at maintenance of the main essential functionalities of the measurement device for differential current protection of buses.
