SUBSTANCE: device can be used for the individuals occupied in hazardous positions and/or being in inaccessible places: alpinists, geologists, tourists, hunters, mushroom gatherers, sportsmen, related to far travelling (orienteering, skiing, marathon, riding a bicycle, etc.), MES officers and other national security, defence and law enforcement agencies. The presented invention is based on inserting a state control unit and a travel guide into the first shoe. That enables controlling the individual's current health when walking (by controlling leg temperature, heartbeat parameters (including pulse), blood pressure, etc.), footwear parameters (by controlling footwear temperature, humidity and inclination), detecting the individual's spatial position and providing data radio transmission to a control room. These measures enable preventing and/or eliminating the onset of various emergency situations and accelerating human search as it may be needed. Besides, the invention enables electrical energy transmission from the second shoe to the first one when walking by generating inductive coupling in between to make the latter operating as long as possible.

EFFECT: improved ease of footwear maintenance and use, first of all by handicapped people.
