FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, passengers evacuation devices. Proposed device comprises door arranged to turn up and down and be locked in door opening (3) of the car head part. Ladder (6) is arranged at the door inner surface. Ladder first part (7) is fixed at carcass (4) nearby door opening (3) while ladder second part is composed of stepwise unit (8) located to turn about said first part (7). In transport position, steps of unit (8) are located at steps (9) of said first part (7). Elements of transformation mechanisms are arranged on the door both sides: springs (13) and links (14, 15). First link (14) is composed of dual parallel plates while second link (15) is composed of the rod elongated slot (16) at the end from side of first link (14) and secured at mid part of carcass (4). This device comprises elements to lock door (1) in transport position.
