SUBSTANCE: opening device (100) for a packing container is offered, where the named packing container is made from a packing material with the top side forming the outer side of the packing container, and the lower side forming the container inside, and the named opening device (100) contains two working parts, pre-formed main part (104) located on the top side of the packing material and the membrane part (102) located on the lower side of the container and passing into the holes (111) of the main part (104) to join mechanically two parts, and materials of the membrane part (102) and of the bearing part (104) are thermally incompatible polymers.
