FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: hydrogen air-jet engine includes an air intake, a housing, a compressor, a combustion chamber with a fuel manifold, which is installed after the compressor and connected to it by means of an air circuit, a turbine and a shaft connecting the compressor and the turbine, a jet nozzle and a system for hydrogen supply to the combustion chamber. The housing of the combustion chamber is made as an integral part of the heat exchanger of an annular shape with inlet and outlet manifolds. The outlet manifold is connected to the fuel manifold.
EFFECT: improving power performance of a gas-turbine engine operating on hydrogen; improving a compression degree of a compressor; increasing engine thrust force and improving its specific characteristics.
