SUBSTANCE: three-axle locomotive bogie includes a frame and wheel and motor units consisting of traction electric motors and wheel pairs. Axle boxes of the wheel pairs are connected by drive pieces to the bogie frame and spring-loaded relative to it. On side walls of the frame, on the side of its two extreme wheel and motor units there rigidly installed are sleeves with through slots. In the slots of the sleeves there arranged in a movable manner in horizontal and vertical planes of the bogie are plates hinged to end surfaces of the axle boxes. In the sleeves on both sides of the plate there located without a gap are sets of plate washers.

EFFECT: reducing the wear of wheel flanges of the wheel pairs in curved sections of the path.
