FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: device includes adjustable generator 1, π/2 phase shifter 2, the first and the second phase detectors 3 and 4, the first and the second voltage comparators 5 and 6, signal polarity circuit 7, reversible counter 8, digital-to-analogue converter 9, the first adder 10, time delay line 11, integrator 12, EXCLUSIVE OR logic circuit 13, pulse shaper 14, signal multiplier 15, the first and the second units for raising the current voltage value to the second power 16 and 17, the second adder 18, unit for raising the current voltage value to 1/2 power 19, the first voltage divider 20 and the second scaling voltage divider 21.
EFFECT: complex improvement of the main parameters of a synchronisation system; enhanced interference immunity; improved filtering properties of the system; enlarging capture ranges and retaining a synchronous operating mode; reducing the beginning time of the synchronous operating mode; providing a zero static error as to phase and providing correct operation of the device under conditions of availability of changes and fluctuations of an input signal amplitude or changes in transmission factor of phase detectors.
