FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of materials and can be used for production of assembly units and parts with long channels of small cross-section, for example, in capillary articles, fluid or gas dispensers, refrigerators, etc. Proposed process consists in diving the part 1 into elements 2 and 3 wherein communicated recesses 4 and 5 are made to form a part of bore. Recesses 4 and 5 are spaced apart over their entire length. Turns of said recesses can be either smooth, or at right angle, or coiled. After making said recesses by whatever known methods, said elements 2 and 3 are rigidly coupled to make a single bore.
EFFECT: enhanced performances, uniform heating of part surface at heat carrier flow through said bore, unobstructed entry thereto and exit therefrom.
