SUBSTANCE: invention relates to amphibia capable to move over water and ground. The amphibia capable to move over water and ground includes: body and gliding hull, two front road wheels and one rear road wheel which are mounted on retractable suspension, seat, two water-jet propellers. The retractable suspension is made with possibility of wheels extension for movement over road or wheels retraction for movement over water. The seat provides possibility of sitting of at least one rider astride the body. Traction on water is provided by means of at least two water-jet propellers.
EFFECT: compact size, simple control and quick rise on plane on water, stability on road.
