SUBSTANCE: belt comprises clasp 1 with slot 2 to belt strap 3 to pass through and lug latch 4 to be fitted in lock 5 secured at seat 7 side 6. Mid part 8 of web between cutout and strap outer outline is removed. Web end parts 9 of out-of round-shape of cross-sections are provided with curved arc-like plate 12 fitted thereon by holes 11 to face said cutout by its convexity. Said plate is made of the alloy with thermomechanical shape memory and features stepwise transverse flexure with increase in curvature of curved line and convergence of plate ends till their removal from end parts of the web at temperature increase in vehicle cabin to preset magnitude.
EFFECT: higher safety at whatever emergency conditions.
