SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics. In a low-noise earthquake-resistant manufacturing building, having a building frame with a foundation, bearing walls with enclosures in the form of a floor and a ceiling, which are covered with sound-absorbing structures, window and door openings, as well as single-piece sound absorbers, having a frame in which sound-absorbing material is placed and, placed over noisy equipment, floor slabs are provided with a spatial vibration insulation system at points of mounting to the bearing walls of the building, said system consisting of horizontally arranged vibration insulators which receive vertical static and dynamic loads, as well as vertically arranged vibration insulators which receive horizontal static and dynamic loads, wherein the floor in the rooms is made on an elastic base and comprises a mounting plate made of reinforced vibration damping concrete material, which is placed on the base plate of the inter-floor slab with cavities through the layer of vibration damping material and waterproofing material with spacing from the bearing walls of the manufacturing facility, wherein the cavities of the base plate are filled with vibration damping material, for example, a foamed polymer.

EFFECT: high efficiency of noise absorption and earthquake resistance of the building with the same dimensions of elements, which improve efficiency of reducing noise and vibration.
