FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, and can be used to manufacture products with wire spiral intended for incandescent lamps or gas analyzer transmitters. Device contains baseplate with installed device for spirals winding on the mandrel in form of the base with at least three orthogonally installed mandrels, devices locking each of spirals to base, installed on the condition of forming of the continuous spiral-like half-blank, and device for spiral ends connection to the product elements made in form of a p[device for positioning of the product elements relatively to spiral ends, and assembly of spiral ends connection to the product elements. The assembly for positioning of the product elements is made in form of clamp located with possibility of the reciprocating movement in direction perpendicular to the mandrel axis, movement in plate parallel to the mandrel axis, and with possibility of the product arrangement in it. The clamp is equipped with the guide device made as two element, in each element the through hole is made, its axis is perpendicular to the mandrel axis, and is intended for location of the product elements, and through slot for location of the spiral end made with symmetrically located walls parallel to axis of the said hole.

EFFECT: possibility of keeping and correction of the spiral geometric parameters during its manufacturing, and during connection to the product elements are ensured.
