FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: jet engine housing comprises stiff thin-wall shell secured to the holder and provided with suction and jet nozzles. Parallel thin-wall ribs arranged one above the other and inclined to central axis are arranged on side of said shell on section from fuel combustion chamber to jet nozzle outlet. Said ribs develop lift in motion in air. Said ribs featured variable width increasing in airflow motion direction.
EFFECT: increased wing lift.
