FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: ceramic mixture for facing tile fabrication contains the following, wt %: kaolin 72.5-74.0; broken tile 0.1-1.0; phosphorite 4.0-6.0; quartz sand 12.0-16.0; pegmatite 3.0-4.0; zircon 3.0-4.0. Components are dosed in required amounts, crushed to powder-like state; ceramic mixture with humidity of 20-25% is prepared, out of which facing tiles are formed by means of a plastic method. Products are dried till humidity of 1-6%, and annealing is performed at temperature of 1100-1150°C. Then, a glazed suspension layer is applied onto surface of tiles, and the second annealing is performed at the temperature of 900-950°C.

EFFECT: increasing strength of products made from ceramic mixture.
