FIELD: mining operations.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining operations and can be used in the mining, ore, mining-chemical and industrial underground development in different mining and geological conditions. The complex comprises a two-tier sinking platform with the mechanism of movement, a carriage, a mechanism of soil excavation, a mechanism of soil loading, and a mechanism of laying the tubbings. According to the invention it is provided with a mounting ring, and the mechanism of movement of the sinking platform is designed as a telescopic system consisting of telescopic jacks resting on the mounting ring. At that the sinking platform in its middle part is provided with the outer socket and the inner socket and has a central hydraulic jack, which cylinder is rigidly connected to the floor of the platform and with the rod is hingedly connected to the inner socket. At that on the inner socket the device of placement of the mechanisms of soil excavation is attached, made in the form of a rotary hollow cylindrical hood connected hingedly in the upper and lower parts with the inner socket. On the outer side of the hood the paired lugs are mounted for mounting the sinking equipment, the engine of rotation with the pinion of the hood rotation, which engages with a toothed wheel fixedly mounted on the inner socket, and the hood in the lower part of the inner side is rigidly connected with the tray, which is hingedly connected in the central part to the inner socket. At that the rotary device is mounted with the ability of movement on the table by means of rollers.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the device operation through rational location of the work equipment and reduction of the term of drifting.
