FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to granulated fodder production technology and may be used during production of granulated fodder additives for cattle, horses, sheep and other farm animals. The granulated fodder additives production method involves control of loose fodder additives in terms of metallomagnetic and coarse impurities content, granulation with simultaneous input of molasses, granules cooling, sieving for fine particles separation and the ready products weighing. Before granulation, molasses is diluted with water, the ratio of molasses to water being 3:1 - 5:1, and introduced into the mixture of loose components of the fodder additive till molasses content in the mixture prepared is equal to 20-30% and moisture content is equal to 16-18%. Then the molasses mixture of the fodder additive is pressed into granules. The produced granules are cooled to a temperature exceeding the ambient temperature by no more than 10°C with the granules moisture content conditioning to no higher than 14.5%.

EFFECT: invention implementation ensures energy expenditure reduction, increase of nutritive and energy value and improvement of quality indices of granulated fodder additives.
