FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: described is method of obtaining copolymers of ethylene with vinylacetate by method of radical copolymerisation under high pressure in one- or multi-zone tube reactor. Method is realised at higher temperature and pressure. Ethylene with vinylacetate is introduced into beginning of each reactor zone in specified weight ratio. Mixture of vinylacetate, ethylene and oxygen is additionally introduced into points of each reactor zone, temperature in which is 10-15°C lower than maximal. Vinylacetate is introduced in quantity, determined by equation Gv.a. = K·Crm·C·q/2. After that, reaction mixture of ethylene with vinylacetate that has not reacted is separated from copolymer in high and low recycle systems. Return mixtures of high and low pressure are deviated into flow, which contains initial ethylene.
EFFECT: increased process productivity and increased adhesive strength of obtained copolymers to metals.
