SUBSTANCE: postage stamp (1) comprises a valuable postal matter with the image on the front side of the post symbol, the nominal value and the compositions from gravures or drawings. The reverse side of the stamp is provided with two rows of threads, the first outer row (7) is made of threads of cotton, linen, silk, artificial fibres and covers with a gap the second inner row (6) of the invisible thread. The threads of the outer row are thicker than the threads of the inner row. The outer row of threads has the gap with the length of 1/4 the length of the perimeter. The postage stamp is provided with a transparent sheet with dimensions corresponding to the outer contour of the stamp, coated with adhesive on the reverse side for gluing the stamp. The stamp may have cut-through, behind which the invisible thread is located. The thread can be placed in a transparent bag.
EFFECT: stamp has a distinctive element defined by touch.
