SUBSTANCE: steel features the following chemical composition, in wt %: carbon - 0.34-0.40, silicon - 0.17-0.37, manganese - 0.60-0.90, chromium - 0.80-1.10, molybdenum - 0.15-0.25, bismuth - 0.08-0.13, calcium - 0.002- 0.003, aluminium - 0.005-0.015, iron making the rest. Steel contains following substances as impurities, in wt %: sulphur - not over 0.025, phosphorus - not over 0.025, nickel - not over 0.25, copper - not over 0.25. Calcium-to-aluminium ratio makes 0.20-0.40.

EFFECT: better steel machinability by cutting, decreased harmful emissions of high-toxicity components.
