SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of community facilities, cleaning of roads, streets, sidewalks and roadway in the cities and other residential areas, as well as road construction and agriculture for snow-retention, irrigation and accumulation of cold. The snow mass is localized to a limited extent and transformed for subsequent discharge. The receiving containers are used waterproof corrugated sleeves elongated in the process of removing the snow mass. The snow removing device is equipped with sleeves. The snow removing device converts and discharges the snow mass under its own weight or external influence into the sleeves. The sleeves are placed along the line of snow removal as filling when movement of the snow removing device.
EFFECT: invention provides the prompt removal of snow mass and maintaining the road capacity.
