SUBSTANCE: automobile road includes artificial irregularities that are made uphill or downhill; with that, they have asymmetric transverse profile providing higher resistance at downward movement of the vehicle than at upward movement. An operating method of an artificial irregularity consists in the fact that movement of vehicles is performed along the proposed automobile road. The movement method along the automobile road involves movement of vehicles along the proposed automobile road.

EFFECT: increasing safety of traffic; reducing the number of road traffic incidents; lower fuel consumption downhill; shorter length of the road due to increase of its curvature; reducing costs for construction and movement time between populated localities and easier control of a vehicle.
