SUBSTANCE: method comprises setting of net to the river, setting the tow line when movement of the nevodnik to the shore, veering in the tow line and the wing, veering in the net for both wings simultaneously, unloading the catch and stacking the net on the nevodnik. Prior to setting the end of the shore wing is fixed on the shore near the stream. The net is set against the river flow and held in the required position with the help of a tow-line or an anchor. The control of filling the net with fish is carried out using sonar.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in catchability of the net.
