FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of building materials, in particular to production of heat-resistant concretes (composites) based on chemical binding agents. Composition for manufacturing heat-resistant concretes includes, wt %: spent catalyst IM-2201 10-15, rubble of carbonate rocks of fraction 5-10 mm 33-40, limestone flour 10-13, H3PO4 10-15, slurry, formed as a result of etching aluminium and its alloys with concentrated solutions of caustic soda with content, wt %: SiO2 - 4.5; Al2O3 - 78.5; Fe2O3 - 2.9; CaO-2.5; MgO - 1.1; R2O - 4.1; LOI - 6.4, 24-30.
EFFECT: increased compression strength and heat resistance limit of heat-resistant concretes, utilisation of industrial wastes.
