SUBSTANCE: method consists in mounting reinforcing belts on toroidal chamber made of gastight flexible material and filling the chamber with gas to allowable pressure. The reinforcing belts are made of semiflexible elements connecting system of two pairs of coaxial rings located at butt ends of the chamber and shifted with fixation in angular relation to each other in each pair thus forming one-sheet hyperboloid of semiflexible elements.

EFFECT: reducing labour consumption and improving fabricability of rimless pneumatic wheel.
