FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mechanic engineering, namely to pump stations of hydraulic test benches of hydraulic devices. A pump station includes a tank, a pump at the outlet of which a bypass valve is installed, and a heat exchanger installed in a drain hydraulic line of the bypass valve. The bypass valve inlet is connected to the inlet of the pressure reducing valve, and the outlet of the pressure reducing valve is connected to the outlet of the pump station having a throttle connecting the pressure hydraulic line of the pump to the heat exchanger inlet. An evaporator of a cooling machine can be used in the pump station for heat removal from working liquid instead of the heat exchanger.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at provision of constant temperature of working liquid in the pressure hydraulic line of the pump station at testing of hydraulic devices irrespective of supply pressure of the tested hydraulic device and the required flow rate of the working liquid, as well as at simplification of the design, reduction of overall dimensions and cheaper manufacture.
