FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to oil and gas production industry, in particular to repair works in drilling wells. The device for execution of rotation operations or cutting operations in an underground well bore or a pipe, in particular during pack-off operations, it contains a borehole configuration connected to a cable and containing, at least, one of the following: a rotating tool connected to an electric motor or a hydraulic engine, a rotating tool connected to a hydraulic engine or a tool for longitudinal cutting, connected to a piston. The hydraulic engine or the piston are driven by the fluid medium pressure difference created in the borehole. Methods of pack-off of the underground well bore are also developed according to which one or several cuts are made by means of cutting configuration in one or several pipes for removal of, at least, a section of the pipe and concrete is placed in the resulted space. The space is free from wastes which can, if they are not removed, form leakage paths in concrete. In the optional version the space is created by the borehole destructive device.
EFFECT: expansion of functionality for pack-off and cutting of pipes in wells.
